This world famous concert hall is reputedly haunted by several ghosts
including Henry Willis, known as "Father Willis", who
designed the huge 9000 pipe organ which weighed 150 tons and was
at that time the largest instrument ever built. He has often been
seen wandering the Hall at night.
Two Victorian prostitutes who are said to have 'worked' at Gore
House before it was demolished to make way for the Albert Hall are
seen in November walking the upper galleries arm in arm, ignoring
all and sundry who might encounter them.
